Returns and Refunds:
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return the goods to us up to 2 weeks after delivery for full refund.
All sale items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging. Please ensure that shoes are tried on a carpeted surface.
Shoe care products, i.e.: sprays, cream polishes, are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless damaged / faulty)

If you wish to return an item, please complete the returns form entirety. This will help us process your returns request within 5 days of receipt.
You will then receive your pre-paid returns label.
We will email your confirmation once we have processed your refund. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and using the original details provided. Please allow 48 hours for the money to show in your account. In some cases, refunds may take longer to appear.

If you require an exchange, please contact us via email@example.com so we can reserve the item for you. Please fill in the returns form and once we receive the item back, we will process your exchange. If there is a price difference between the items, we will contact you for further details; if a partial refund is due back to you, we will process this to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.
